• Change Your Mind or Wrong Size: We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. You can return your item for an exchange or refund as long as it's in new condition, unworn, and still has all the original tags and packaging. Just note that you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. 
  (Please understand that we can't offer returns on clearance items.)

• Faulty, Incorrect, or Not as Described: If your item arrives with a fault, isn't what you ordered, or doesn't match the description, we'll happily provide a replacement (if in stock), a store credit, or a full refund. This is your right under Australian Consumer Law.
