Our promise to you

We want you to be happy with what you've bought. If something isn't right, we'll help you sort it out.

Change of mind or wrong size

You can return an item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's in new condition, unworn, and still has all its original tags and packaging. Return postage is at your cost. If you're swapping for a different size or colour, we cover the cost of sending the replacement out to you.

Clearance items are sold as final and aren't eligible for a change of mind return or exchange.

Custom teamwear is made to order once sizes and artwork are approved, so it can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind or a wrong size. Faults and anything that doesn't match the approved artwork are covered below.

Faulty, incorrect, or not as described

We quality check products before they leave our warehouse. If an item arrives with a fault, isn't what you ordered, or doesn't match the description, you can choose a replacement where we have stock, a store credit, or a full refund. We cover postage both ways. These are your rights under Australian Consumer Law, and they aren't limited by the 30 day window above.

What we can't accept

We can't accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, misused or modified after delivery.

Footwear should only be tried on indoors, and shoeboxes need to come back undamaged and unmarked, so please don't use the box as your postage carton.

How to start a return

Lodge your return through your CMD Sports My Account page. We'll review it and email you an approval with the return address and what to include. Please wait for that email before posting anything back, so we can match your return to your order.

We're an online store. We don't have a shopfront or a customer drop-off point, so all returns come to us by post.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes our check, we process refunds within 5 business days, back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider can take a few days more to show it.
