Our Promise to You

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Here's what we offer:

  • Change Your Mind or Wrong Size: We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. You can return your item for an exchange or refund within 30 days as long as it's in new condition, unworn, and still has all the original tags and packaging. Just note that you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. 
    (Please understand that we can't offer returns on clearance items.    )

  • Faulty, Incorrect, or Not as Described: We quality check our products before leaving the warehouse, but in the unlikely event your item arrives with a fault, isn't what you ordered, or doesn't match the description, we'll happily provide a replacement (if in stock), a store credit, or a full refund. This is your right under Australian Consumer Law.

Important Note:

  • We can't offer returns or exchanges if an item has been misused or modified.
