SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All products ordered will be dispatched within 1-3 business days and shipped via Australia Post or Sendle.  

Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of your item. The larger and heavier the item, the greater the shipping cost. All shipping costs will be provided at checkout.

CMD Sports ships to all Australian states and territories as well as New Zealand. For certain items we also ship to North America. For all other destinations please contact our Customer Care Team.

In rare cases, packaging to products may be damaged in transit from our warehouse. CMD apologises for any inconvenience. 

 

RETURNS

As per Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement (pending stock availability), credit or refund if the goods they receive are faulty, different to the product that was described or different to the product that was shown to them.

In the event of selecting the wrong size, please contact our Customer Care team who can advise whether that product is able to be returned. Please note that any shipping costs for these returns are to be paid by the customer and goods must be if the returned unworn in as new condition with tags if the return is approved. Unfortunately returns on clearance items is not possible.

Returns or exchanges are not provided in the case of product misuse or modification.
