SISU Mouthguard Size Chart
Sizing follows SISU's official Aero size chart. Every size starts flat, moulds to your teeth in hot water at home, and can be remoulded up to 20 times as fit changes or teeth move.

If you have a larger than average dental arch, consider sizing up; if smaller, size down. With braces, SISU says to use a Medium for children or a Large for adults, fitted with guidance from your orthodontist.
A properly fitted SISU guard feels snug, clicks into place, and lets you speak almost naturally. If yours doesn't, remould it.
A mouthguard you can actually talk through, in a finish nobody else on the court is wearing. The Limited Edition SISU Aero Camo brings the same 1.6mm custom-fit protection as the original Aero in two camo designs: Tactical Green and Arctic.
SISU's perforated design does more than look different. The holes work with rounded crumple zones to spread impact across the whole guard, while the ultra-slim profile lets you speak clearly, breathe freely and drink without pulling it out. Soften it in hot but not boiling water at 76°C (170°F), bite in, and it moulds to your teeth; remould it up to 20 times as your fit changes.

Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your item and are shown at checkout before you pay. Larger and heavier items cost more to send.
We ship to all Australian states and territories, and to New Zealand. For some items we can ship further afield. If your location isn't available at checkout, email customercare@cmdsports.com.au and we'll let you know what's possible.
You'll get tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
We're an online store, so there's no customer collection point. Every order ships from our warehouse.
Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for change of mind or a wrong size, as long as it's unworn and in original condition with all tags and packaging. Return postage is at your cost, and we cover sending an exchange back out to you. Clearance items are final sale.
Faulty or incorrect items are covered under Australian Consumer Law. We'll replace, credit or refund, and we cover the postage both ways.
There's no drop-off point, so returns come to us by post. To start one, lodge it through your CMD Sports My Account page and we'll email you the return address once it's approved.
