SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products ordered will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of your item. The larger and heavier the item, the greater the shipping cost. All shipping costs will be provided at checkout.
CMD Sports ships to all Australian states and territories as well as New Zealand. For certain items we also ship to other countries. Please contact our customer care team if your location is not available on our store for more information.
In rare cases, packaging to products may be damaged in transit from our warehouse. CMD apologises for any inconvenience.
RETURNS
As per Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement (pending stock availability), credit or refund if the goods they receive are faulty, different to the product that was described or different to the product that was shown to them.
Should you need to return or exchange your item due to change of mind or wrong sizing, the goods must be returned in as new condition with original packaging and tags. Please note that any shipping costs for these returns are to be paid by the customer. Unfortunately returns on clearance items is not possible.
Returns or exchanges are not provided in the case of product misuse or modification.
